4. The work required for the surface treatment of the substrate is rust removal, welding slag, deburring and other work, and it is necessary to ensure that the surface is clean and dry without oil and dirt. Generally, rust removal by hand needs to reach St3 level, and rust removal by machine needs to reach Sa2.

5. When applying primer, use special primer. When leaving the fire, use a clean brush or roller to apply evenly. The use amount of the primer is usually about 12/L.

6. The primer surface can be wound after drying for about 5-10 minutes.

3. After drying with primer for 5~10 minutes, polypropylene anti-corrosion tape can be wound. During the construction, the polypropylene anti-corrosion tape shall be strengthened to balance and improve the effect of close to the working face, seamless and wrinkle-free wrapping.

4. In order to overcome the difference of environmental conditions, the anti-corrosion pipeline shall be concealed for 24h by the method of shading protection.
