Due to the convenient loading and unloading of ton bags, the loading and unloading efficiency is obviously improved, and it has developed rapidly in recent years.

Tonnage bag is made of polypropylene as the main raw material, adding a small amount of stable material, mixing evenly, melting and extruding plastic film through an extruder, cutting into filaments, then stretching and heat setting to make PP precursor filaments with high strength and low elongation, then weaving and coating to make base fabrics of plastic woven fabrics, and stitching with suspenders and other auxiliary materials to make tonnage bags. Tonnage bags are divided into round, square and U-shaped according to shape.

When the household sling is connected with the bag body, there are various forms such as top hanging, bottom hanging, side hanging, etc., which are connected by stitching, so the stitching is also very important. Only relying on the high strength of the sling, the base cloth and sewing thread cannot reach a certain strength, and the overall high performance of the ton bag cannot be guaranteed. For the ton bag with a coefficient greater than 5 times, at present, two of the four rings or one of the two rings should have a tensile performance greater than 2.5 times the rated load. Even if the two slings are broken, the whole ton bag is no problem.

When there is no forklift and crane, the shovel tip of the loader can also make do, of course, if used with the pallet, it is not easy to break, the safety factor is higher.

Pay attention to the following matters when transporting ton bags:

1. After use, wrap the toner bag with paper or opaque shed cloth and store it in a ventilated place.

2. Keep the ton bag upright during loading, unloading and stacking.

3. Do not drag ton bags on the ground or concrete.

4. When handling in the workshop, try to use pallets to avoid hanging tons of bags and shaking during handling.

5. Hang the hook in the center of the sling or rope, do not hang it obliquely, but hang the toner bag on one side or obliquely.

6. Don't put up the big bag,

7. When using a forklift to work in a ton bag, please do not let the fork touch or stick to the bag body to avoid puncturing the ton bag.

8. Do not pull the sling back outside.

9. Do not rub, hook or collide with other objects during operation.

10. When it needs to be stored outdoors, the ton bag should be placed on a shelf and covered tightly with opaque tent cloth.

11. During the lifting operation, do not stand under the ton bag.
