1. Ambient temperature: If the temperature is low, the initial adhesion and adhesion will decrease. Environmental humidity: If the humidity is high, the bonding speed will be lower, but the bonding force will be higher. When the humidity is low, the initial adhesion is strong, so in the operation, it is necessary to control the humidity of the coating water.

3. Coating water temperature: The higher the coating water temperature, the stronger the initial bonding force, but after a certain period of time, the bonding force of the polyethylene anti-corrosion tape decreases. Generally, normal temperature water is used, and hot water is also avoided in winter to avoid affecting the bonding effect.

4. In the face of the treatment of the adhesive force of polyethylene anti-corrosion tape, we usually need to deal with the overall conditions in use and install it in the face of the environment.

Polypropylene anti-corrosion tape needs to select the appropriate tape width in strict accordance with the specifications; according to the requirements of matching the primer coated surface tape width, it is carried out in a spiral winding method to make the winding direction consistent with the welding direction.
