Meanwhile, both the United States and Europe impose rigorous requirements regarding UV protection, anti‑aging properties, safety factors, and other critical attributes.

FIBC bags (ton bags, flexible intermediate bulk containers) are primarily used for shipping crushed powdered and granular materials and can be handled by cranes to facilitate unitized transport. These bags are versatile packaging solutions widely employed for the transport of powders, granules, and bulk solids in industries such as food, grain, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and mining. Also known as “space bags” or “flexible bulk containers,” FIBCs offer advantages including large capacity, light weight, and ease of loading and unloading. As packaging for bulk materials, FIBCs are typically manufactured from polypropylene; after blending with stabilizing additives, the material is melted in an extruder to produce plastic film, which then undergoes a series of processes—including cutting, stretching, calendering, weaving, laminating, and sewing—to form the finished bag.
