Polypropylene anti-corrosion tape

　　1. Perform thorough rust removal on the anti-rust tape; after rinsing and drying, ensure compliance with rust‑removal standards, and apply an anti‑rust primer to the pipe surface.

　　2. Polypropylene anti-corrosion tape must be applied using specialized equipment, with tension carefully controlled, while the pipeline rotates at a specified speed and the tape advances axially along the pipe.

　　3. Conduct regular quality inspections of polypropylene anti-corrosion tape, and promptly carry out repairs and damage restoration upon detection of any issues with the protective coating.

　　4. Prior to application, the polypropylene anti-corrosion tape requires surface preparation of the steel pipe: grind down any protrusions and sharp edges, and thoroughly remove surface dust.

Polypropylene fibers form a uniform, randomly oriented support network within the concrete, thereby effectively preventing the initiation and propagation of primary cracks in concrete or mortar, and ensuring uniform bleeding and settlement.

　　2. Enhanced impermeability: Polypropylene fibers effectively inhibit the formation of interconnected cracks, suppressing both early-age drying shrinkage cracks and segregation cracks in concrete. This significantly improves concrete density and, consequently, its impermeability.

　　3. Enhanced wear resistance and impact resistance: By improving interfacial bonding, polypropylene fibers effectively mitigate bleeding in concrete mixes, reduce the segregation of cement and sand particles, and promote a more robust concrete surface.

　　4. Enhanced freeze–thaw resistance: The addition of polypropylene fibers introduces a small amount of air into the concrete matrix. Consequently, during freeze–thaw cycles, the free water responsible for expansion‑contraction damage can be accommodated within these microbubbles, thereby mitigating early‑age freeze–thaw deterioration.

　　5. High Toughness: Enhances resistance to cracking and deformation, playing a crucial role in mitigating brittleness; polypropylene fibers can significantly improve the toughness of concrete.
