Consequently, during freeze–thaw cycles, the free water responsible for expansion‑contraction damage can be accommodated within these microbubbles, thereby mitigating early‑age freeze–thaw deterioration.
5. High Toughness: Enhances resistance to cracking and deformation, playing a crucial role in mitigating brittleness; polypropylene fibers can significantly improve the toughness of concrete.
