Characteristics of regular high-strength geotechnical pipe bags
1. Good water permeability. In order to meet the key indicators of environmental protection dredging and dredging construction, a new type of pipe bag base cloth produced by a special weaving process is designed with a unique fabric structure to ensure that the pipe bag in the dredging and filling process can maintain a faster flow rate with the force of the base cloth to form a three-dimensional permeable way, it fundamentally solves the problems of no water or slow water discharge and mud leakage caused by sludge blocking the bag body in the filling process of regular geotextile bags.
2. High bag strength. The base fabric of the regular woven geotextile bag has high strength, up to 200 KN/m, small elongation and excellent toughness.
3. Acid and alkali resistance, anti-aging performance. Anti-aging strength retention rate: 500 h ≥ 90%
4. The bag seam high strength. In order to ensure stable sewing quality, the company specially introduces the most advanced 6-needle one-time forming chain sewing machine in the world to ensure sewing strength ≥ 80%. The company adopts durable high-tenacity sewing yarn. The sewing position and uniformity of sewing yarn of geotextile bag are the weak points of stress in the filling process of geotextile bag. The circumference direction of geotextile bag shall be arranged with 6 lines, and the line spacing shall not be more than 1cm.
5. The forming effect is good, and the filling height can reach 3 meters.
